  • What they will need to do differently in the future – the new ways of working that will achieve success
  • How they will be assisted in doing things differently
  • What support they’ll receive before, during and after the change
What We Do

We specialize in leading organizations through change. We work with you to achieve the desired changes by developing your leaders into transformation champions through coaching and workshops.

Leader Workshops: Our workshops for leaders are thoughtfully tailored to the organization. These workshops open a dialogue that provides us with an understanding of the change climate in the organization and where the leaders stand on the issues. We learn about the current situation, past changes and can then assess impacts on the future transition. This is the beginning of the relationship between our team and the leaders who influence the outcomes.

Manager and Supervisor Workshops: We design workshops to train managers and supervisors to facilitate change management activities. The workshops enable managers and supervisors to understand the reasons for the change and help them take leadership positions early in the planning phase of the project.
